1. This hotel is an exceptional choice and a must-stay destination in Montreal. The staff are exceptionally attentive and proactive, consistently ensuring that every need is met in the Gold Lounge—offering to prepare drinks and provide food without my having to request assistance. The room itself was impeccably clean and modern, earning a perfect 10/10 rating.
2. The concierge gold check in experience was absolutely incredible. Every single staff member that we've encountered were so kind and helpful. Our incredible room was clean and spacious. Valet staff were so kind and helpful. Cleaners were so kind and thoughtful. Fairmont staff also left us a sweet dessert to help us celebrate our 10th Valentine's Day anniversary. Everyone at Fairmont Queen Elizabeth has truly gone above and beyond to ensure that we had the most incredible time and we are absolutely grateful to everyone here.

His warm welcome, courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail made a significant positive impact on my experience. His helpful guidance and responsible approach ensured that I felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed from the very first moment of my arrival. Without hesitation, I will gladly choose your hotel again in the future and recommend it to others.
4. Bel hôtel. Chambres propres et décoration modernes. Lit très confortable! Salle de bain peut être légèrement petite dans les chambres standards. Bonne ambiance au petit déjeuner avec un buffet copieux.
5. My multi-day stay here was great! The hospitality, cleanliness, and location is phenomenal. I especially enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. The representative at the fitness/pool center desk, Yal, went above and beyond. When I realized that robes should have been placed in our room and we couldn’t get any from the sauna, he brought some down for us. Exceptional service. The parking situation is less than ideal, but there are many nearby lots for affordable rates.
6. SUPERBE expérience de nuitée au Fairmont Reine Elizabeth! Chambre régulière lit King avec vue sur la cathédrale-basilique; tout simplement MAGNIFIQUE vue époustouflante de jour comme de nuit. Personnel efficace et attentionné, piscine et bain à remous calme et disponible durant plusieurs heures. Commodités bien appréciées. Marché des Artisans comporte de beaux produits. Suite du Bed-in de John Lennon et Yoko Ono se trouve au 17e étage. Je recommande à 110%
7. Très bel hôtel avec une localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville à pieds. Le personnel est aimable et souriant excepté certains(es) qui semblaient être ennuyés de travailler. Les portiers étaient souriants mais n’apportent leurs aides qu’aux personnes qu’ils souhaitent. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. La salle de sport est superbe, très bien équipée tout comme une réelle salle de sport. Je recommande cet établissement dans lequel j’ai passé un très bon séjour.
8. Un excellent séjour au Fairmont de Montréal. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville. Ma chambre en Fairmont Or était très spacieuse, propre et d’un confort remarquable. Le programme Fairmont Or est vraiment un plus, surtout dans un établissement de près de 950 chambres : on y bénéficie d’un service plus personnalisé, d’espaces dédiés et d’une attention qui fait toute la différence. Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe pour leurs attentions et leur professionnalisme. Mention toute particulière à Christopher, à la réception du Gold, dont l’accueil, la disponibilité et le sens du service ont été exemplaires. Un immense merci également à Sonia, au Lounge, pour sa gentillesse, son efficacité et la qualité irréprochable de son service.
