MariageElegant.com provides wedding-related content, vendor listings, planning tools, dashboards, magazine content, and advertising opportunities. We act solely as a platform connecting users with wedding professionals. We do not provide wedding services directly and are not responsible for vendor services or agreements.

a) Account Information

• Name
• Email address
• Login credentials
• Business information (for vendors)

b) Instagram Business Data (If Connected)
If you connect your Instagram Business account, we collect via the Instagram Graph API:

Instagram Business Account ID

• Username
• Media posts (up to 10 recent posts)

We do NOT collect:

• Direct messages
• Private account data
• Followers list (unless explicitly authorized)
• Passwords

4. How We Use Instagram Data

Instagram data is used only to:

• Display up to five (5) posts on your profile
• Prioritize posts containing the hashtag

We do NOT:

• Post, edit, or delete content on your behalf
• Send messages
• Share or sell your Instagram data
• Use data for unrelated advertising

5. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely.
• Instagram data is retained only while your account remains connected.
• If disconnected, related data is deleted.
• We use industry-standard security practices to protect information.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining login confidentiality
• Providing accurate information
• Using the platform lawfully

We reserve the right to suspend accounts if Terms are violated.

7. Vendor & Content Disclaimer

We do not verify vendor licenses, credentials, insurance, or service quality. All agreements between users and vendors are solely between those parties.

We disclaim liability for third-party services, disputes, or damages arising from platform use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Les Entreprises Wedding Groupe Inc. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Website.
