Use the Mariage Élégant bride dashboard to organize your wedding plan, budget,
guest list, RSVP website, saved vendors, and conversations in one place.
Recommended setup order
Complete your names and event details in Profile.
Create the main event in Event Manager.
Add meal choices for the event.
Add or import guests in Guest List.
Build the RSVP website, set its password and deadline, then wait for administrator approval.
Add planning tasks and your wedding budget.
Browse vendors, save favorites, and follow conversations in Messages.
The dashboard summarizes work that needs your attention. Notifications may include administrator or vendor messages, approaching task deadlines, RSVP response totals, and suggested starter tasks.
Open Profile from Settings to review account and event details.
Wedding countdown
The dashboard countdown is calculated from the event date saved in Profile. To correct it, update Event Date and save your changes.
Event details are shared with the planning tools.
Task Manager
Use Task Manager to organize wedding work by name, category, due date, and summary.
Add a task
Select Add New Task in the upper-right corner, complete the required fields, and select Add.
Start with Add New Task.Enter a name, category, due date, and optional summary.
Understand task colors
Grey: due more than one month from now.
Red: due within the next month.
Green: every task in that month is complete.
A grey group is not due soon.An urgent group has an approaching deadline.A green group is complete.
Complete, edit, delete, or export
Select the checkbox beside a task to mark it complete. Select it again to return the task to the active list.
Update completion status with the checkbox.
The badge beside Task Manager counts unfinished tasks. Use the pencil to edit and the trash icon to delete.

Select the download icon to export tasks to Excel, or select Print for a printable copy.

Budget Manager
Budget Manager tracks your total budget, spending, remaining amount, and payments.
Set a budget and add expenses
Select the pencil beside Total Budget, enter the complete wedding budget, and save it. Then select Add New Expense and provide a name, category, cost, and optional note.

The overview and category chart update automatically. Select a category to see its expenses.
Compare spending by category.
Inside a category, use the pencil to edit an expense or the trash icon to delete it.
Manage each expense from its row.
Add and manage payments
Select Deposits beside an expense, open Add new payment, and enter the amount, method, payer, date, and optional note.
Payments belong to an individual expense.Open the payment form.Record payment details.
Use the pencil or trash icon to update a payment. Select the arrow at the end of its row for more details.
Edit or delete a payment.Expand the payment details.
Paid totals update in both the category and the main overview.
The Paid column reflects recorded payments.The overview recalculates automatically.

Export the complete budget.
Events and Guest List
Event Manager, Guest List, and RSVP & Website are connected. Create an event before adding guests or building an RSVP website.
Create and manage an event
Select Add a new event, then enter the event name, date, venue name, and venue address. These event details are also linked to Profile.

Add meal choices
Select Add food options, then enter a meal name and description. Guests can choose among these options when they respond.

Import guests from Excel
Open Guest List and select Download a sample Excel to fill. Keep the example rows, then add guests beginning with the yellow row. Couples or families may share a row when names are separated with “&” or “and.” Each entry needs at least an email address or phone number, and the list supports up to 200 guests.
Download the template before importing.Begin entering guests on the yellow row.
When the file is complete, select Import from Excel.
Add guests manually
Select Add a new group. A group can be a family, friends, or one guest. Enter the group name and size, plus at least one email address or phone number.

Use the pencil beside a group to update its shared information and the trash icon to delete the entire group. Use the pencil beside an individual guest to edit that person, or the × icon to remove that guest only.
Group controls affect the whole group.Guest controls affect one person.
The guest editor records the name, RSVP status, meal, and allergies.
Update a guest manually when needed.
RSVP statuses
Not Sent: no invitation email, SMS, or card has been sent.
Sent: an invitation has been sent.
Confirmed: the guest will attend.
Declined: the guest will not attend.
You can update these values manually or allow guests to submit the RSVP form.
RSVP and Website
Create the event and guest list before starting. The event website displays your event details and is required before RSVP invitations can be sent.
Create the website and select a theme
Select Create a Website, choose the English or French version of a theme, preview it with View, and activate it with Select.

Add content and preview
Select Edit Website Data to add your content. Preview your website opens a temporary preview; the official URL becomes available only after administrator approval.

Password and deadline
A password is optional, but helps limit access to invited guests. Invitations sent by email or SMS include the password automatically.
Protect the website if desired.
Select Set a deadline to choose the final response date. After that date, guests can no longer submit the RSVP form.

Administrator approval and sending invitations
Before approval, the final-address and send controls remain disabled. After approval, copy the official website URL and select Send RSVP.
Controls remain unavailable during review.Approval unlocks the official address and invitations.
You receive 200 RSVP credits by default. Each email or SMS uses one credit; contact the site administrator if more credits are needed.
Delete the website
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Website. This removes the event website, so confirm that you no longer need it first.
Delete the website from the bottom of the page.
Favorites, Messages, and Profile
Save favorites
Select the heart on a vendor profile or inspiration article to save it.

Open My Favorites and switch between Vendors and Inspiration. Vendor cards are grouped by category.
Review everything you have saved.
Messages
The Messages page contains conversations with vendors and the administrator. Use search to find a conversation, then open its row to read and respond.
Follow vendor conversations in one place.
Profile and password
In Profile, update your name, partner’s name, phone number, event date, venue, address, and profile image, then select Save changes. Use Change Password for account security.

Browse and Contact Vendors
Find a vendor
Open Vendors in the main navigation and select a category. Choose a business from the category results to open its profile.
Start by choosing a vendor category.
Send a pricing request
On the vendor profile, select Connect With Vendor.
Open the contact form from the vendor profile.
Complete the required name, email, message, and security-code fields, then select Send Message. Registered users can follow replies in the dashboard’s Messages section.

Return to the dashboard
Select the profile icon in the upper-right corner to return to your account and planning dashboard.

Select FR or EN in the upper-right corner to switch the website and dashboard language.
