2. We had the most amazing experience for our wedding back in October 2025. Karina and Peggy were very professional and friendly. The food and the venue were amazing, our guests were very pleased! They are still talking about it til this day ! We highly recommend Plaza Volare!

5. Plaza Volare – New Year Party 🥳 Pros: Great party ambiance from the moment we arrived—festive, lively, and full of energy. The venue itself is beautiful, well laid out, and nicely decorated for New Year’s. The food was good and well presented, and once service got going, everything tasted fresh and enjoyable. The entertainment (with Mike) was excellent and really set the mood for the evening; the performances were engaging and kept people entertained throughout the night. The DJ did a great job keeping the dance floor alive, and the overall vibe later in the evening was fantastic. The guests were also lovely—friendly, respectful, and fun to celebrate with, which made the night even more enjoyable. Cons: The party organization was a real disappointment. The event started at 7 p.m., which was already later than most other New Year’s parties in town, yet there was no clear plan to manage guest flow or timing. About 300 people were crowded into a small room for an extended 1.5-hour cocktail, with no access to the dining area and very little information about what was going on. It felt chaotic and uncomfortable, especially with so many people standing shoulder to shoulder. Service during this time was slow and poorly coordinated. The long waits for drinks and food added to the frustration, and staff seemed overwhelmed. There was no proper communication or updates to guests, which made the delay feel even longer and more disorganized. Many people were visibly irritated and confused about why the doors to the tables weren’t opening. I’ve attended other parties they’ve organized, and they didn’t show much interest or care in making this one run smoothly. It felt like an afterthought rather than a well-planned New Year’s celebration. Once the doors finally opened, everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the DJ and the entertainment team—you saved the party!

Dès le premier contact jusqu’au dernier instant de la soirée, tout a été orchestré avec une précision incroyable, une chaleur humaine inoubliable et un professionnalisme hors du commun. 💎 Karina – Que dire de toi sinon que tu es une magicienne de l’organisation ? Tu as tout planifié avec une rigueur exemplaire, mais surtout avec un cœur immense. Chaque détail, chaque petite touche, chaque moment était pensé pour nous. Tu nous as guidés avec une patience infinie, une écoute sincère et un souci du détail qui a fait toute la différence. Grâce à toi, nous avons pu profiter de chaque instant sans stress, sachant que nous étions entre les meilleures mains. 👑 Marco – Tu nous as littéralement traités comme des rois. Ton accueil, ton attention et ta générosité ont marqué nos esprits. On s’est sentis privilégiés, importants, et choyés à un point qu’on n’aurait jamais imaginé. Tu incarnes l’élégance et la grandeur du Plaza Volare. 👨‍🍳 Pino, le chef cuisinier, et toute son équipe – Vous avez régalé nos papilles et celles de nos invités comme jamais. Votre talent, votre passion, vos mains magique et votre générosité se sont ressentis dans chaque plat. Grâce à vous, le repas est devenu une expérience inoubliable, un véritable festin digne des plus grands banquets. 🩵 Dani – Quelle douceur ! Toujours souriant, toujours prêt à aider, serviable au-delà des mots. Tu as su nous mettre à l’aise avec ton attitude chaleureuse et bienveillante. Tu as apporté une énergie lumineuse qui a marqué nos cœurs et ceux de nos proches. 🍽️ Et que dire de la nourriture… UN FESTIN ROYAL ! Abondante, ABONNNNNNDANTE, délicieuse, variée, raffinée – un vrai paradis pour les papilles. Chaque invité nous en a reparlé après coup : “C’était incroyable, c’était le meilleur repas de mariage qu’on ait jamais eu, la nourriture était abondante et d’une qualité sans nom ”. On ne pouvait rêver mieux. ✨ L’ambiance, le service, l’organisation, la décoration du chapiteau, tout… absolument TOUT était parfait. Ce n’était pas juste un mariage, c’était un conte de fées. Grâce à toute l’équipe du Plaza Volare, nous avons vécu une journée qui restera gravée dans nos mémoires et celles de nos invités pour toujours. 🙏 Merci du fond du cœur à TOUTE l’équipe, mais particulièrement à Karina, Marco, Pino et Dani – vous avez transformé notre rêve en réalité. Karina and her team did absolute wonders — from day one, they were flexible, collaborative, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and they worked seamlessly with our vendors to make sure everything came together perfectly. The venue looked incredible, the service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests — they especially loved the midnight table burgers (people are still talking about them!). Karina, thank you and your entire team for making our day so special, stress-free, and unforgettable. You truly delivered excellence on every level, and we’re so grateful.
