  1. Un très bel hôtel dans cette ville industrielle, la literie est très confortable et la chambre est propre ! Le personnel est très serviable. Attention cependant, sur les chambres dites "supérieures", on se retrouve juste au dessus d'espèce de gros blocs de ventilation qui font énormément de bruit, et le frigo de la chambre qui s'allume très fort durant la nuit. Pour une chambre à ce prix là, on s'attend à un peu plus de calme... Et peut être à deux jeux de masque et bouchons d'oreilles au lieu d'un alors qu'on est deux en chambre 😊
  2. Je suis allé pour une conférence. Je n'y ai pas dormi mais nous sommes allés y souper et tout était parfait ! Pour m'a part j'ai pris le tartare de boeuf ( et je suis plutôt difficile à ce sujet )...il était tout à fait à mon goût ! Le serveur dont malheureusement je ne me souviens pas du nom était d'un rare professionnalisme...c'était pour moi la première fois qu'un serveur ou une serveuse me questionnais à savoir , en me présentant le menu , si je désirais me sentir bourré et léger mais tout de même rassasié après mon repas! J'ai adoré cette attention, et c'est une question que je poserai plus souvent dorénavant ! Nous avons manqué de riens tout au long du repas . Merci!!

Chambre très propre, restaurant de bon goût avec un excellent service, les membres du personnel sont courtois, etc. Seules petites choses concernant la chambre: elle gagnerait à avoir des prises pour cellulaire et le frigo faisait énormément de bruit, mais sinon ça va.

Service personalized, you actually get real people on the phone when you call (and they’re the same employees when you call again), they actually try, with a good attitude, to help you in any way they can, and cater to your needs, plus it’s affordable. The building seems a bit aged, there is only 1 elevator that is a bit old and the stairs location are not intuitive, but that’s the only hiccup. The outside area is beautiful. There is nothing else that a 5-star service could require to be described 5-star, at the very least.
  5. Hôtel Château Joliette is a gem! The staff is so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The restaurant was a highlight — delicious food and great service.
  6. This was a very good stay this past weekend, as the location was perfect, and the service outstanding. The front desk manager Christophe truly went above and beyond to ensure i had a great stay. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was a bit dated, and the price is a bit steep for how small Joliette is. But the customer service was incredible!
  7. Stayed here for a volleyball tournament and can’t say enough about how lovely the hotel is. Not only is the hotel super clean but the rooms are extremely nice for the price and staff are super friendly! Stunning view as well from my room and a lookout! Unfortunately I did not have time to go to the restaurant or bar but it looked lovely from a far. Highly highly recommend this hotel.
