1. Personnels sympathiques, chambres bien isolées et belle vue sur la rivière. Par contre, le petit-déjeuner (25$) non compris est très dispendieux alors qu’il ne s’agit que d’un buffet ordinaire (œufs brouillés, bacon/saucisses, fruits, toasts) à se servir soi-même. Même chose pour le menu du Bar qui est aussi plutôt dispendieux. Nous y étions dans le cadre d’un congrès, plusieurs fois les bruits de la cuisine ont dérangé durant les séances et les présentations. L’option viande au banquet/souper était très bonne, mais l’option végétarienne a déçu un peu. Pour la chambre : On nous a dit de mettre les serviettes dehors de la chambre si nous en voulions des nouvelles, mais il a fallu qu’on aille chercher les nouvelles serviettes nous-mêmes finalement. Ce n’était pas un soucis pour nous, mais prendre en note que l’ascenseur est très lent et petit. L’hôtel est proche de plusieurs attractions/resto de Joliette, c’était parfait pour notre séjour.
2. Christophe et Christelle à l’accueil, service exceptionnel. Petit problème lors de ma réservation et ils ont géré ça en professionnels. Resto/bar/chambres = super.
3. What to say. Service personalized, you actually get real people on the phone when you call (and they’re the same employees when you call again), they actually try, with a good attitude, to help you in any way they can, and cater to your needs, plus it’s affordable. The building seems a bit aged, there is only 1 elevator that is a bit old and the stairs location are not intuitive, but that’s the only hiccup. The outside area is beautiful. There is nothing else that a 5-star service could require to be described 5-star, at the very least.
4. Hôtel Château Joliette is a gem! The staff is so friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The restaurant was a highlight — delicious food and great service.
5. Food is great, the rooms are okay and the bed is comfortable but there is a lot of light in the morning so make sure you close your blinds properly. The restaurant has a nice vibe and a great view to the river. The salmon tartare is amazing
6. This was a very good stay this past weekend, as the location was perfect, and the service outstanding. The front desk manager Christophe truly went above and beyond to ensure i had a great stay. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was a bit dated, and the price is a bit steep for how small Joliette is. But the customer service was incredible!
