1. Que dire de cette endroit !! Juste wow ! Nous avions au départ pris avec forfait Québec et avec ce qui est arrivé, la direction à fait du service hors pair même avant notre arrivé. On a été pris en charge toute suite. Merci principalement à Mélanie. Nous avons pu avoir le même forfait avec un rabais. Rendu à l’hôtel nous avons été toute suite charmé. Autant la chambre, la piscine, les spa, le restaurant !! Tout es là. J’ai adoré mon séjour avec mon conjoint. Les nouveaux coussins pour les chaises longue à la piscine, super confo !! Merci pour le services de toute l’équipe :) Nous allons revenir. Pour ceux qui disent ne pas vouloir y aller parce que les chiens sont permis. Nous n’avons pas de chien et je les aimes de loin et pour vrai, ils nous ont zéro dérangé. Tout es bien installé pour eux ! Alors, un gros merci !! On va revenir :)
2. Depuis quelques années, au printemps, nous faisons toujours un séjour à l' Estrimont. Encore cette année, ce fut de magnifiques vacances. Le personnel y est courtois, aimable, souriant et professionnel. Que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant, au bar, à l'entretien. La chambre impeccable. Le déjeuner-buffet excellent. Tout est parfait. Nous sommes près des terrains de golf et des pistes cyclables. Et en fin de journée, on se rafraîchit à la piscine et aux spas. Merci à toute l'équipe
3. Voici une suggestion de commentaire : Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel et nous tenions à souligner l’excellent service reçu. Un merci tout particulier à Julie, à la réception de soir. Elle a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin : toujours souriante, respectueuse, à l’écoute et très attentionnée. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont réellement fait une différence dans notre expérience. C’est même en grande partie grâce à elle que nous avons décidé de prolonger notre séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire. Nous aimerions également remercier Annick, notre serveuse, qui nous a offert un service impeccable. Toujours chaleureuse, professionnelle et attentionnée, elle a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil. Ce sont des employés comme Julie et Annick qui donnent envie de revenir et de recommander votre établissement sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Une expérience mémorable grâce à une équipe remarquable.
4. Nice hotel, beds were comfortable and linens/pillows were decent. Very nice little spa attached which my family enjoyed. One small irritation which despite me calling and emailing didn't get resolves was that they gave us bath robes and towels for the spa but didn't let us know that the bath robes were $10 each to rent. Would not have rented them (thin and cheap robes) had I known they cost $10 each to rent. Found out about the rental fee when I got my invoice. This is not how hotels should operate. It should be clear what is included and what costs extra. Called and spoke with someone asking for this fee to be reversed as I had never agreed to it and never heard back. Also emailed the hotel and they never called back. This is terrible customer service. Otherwise, fine hotel, decent buffet breakfast. ****UPDATE March 30_2026 -->hotel reached out to me and credited the rental fee for the bathrobes. This is what customer service looks like. Apparently there is a sign at reception mentioning the rental fee, but we didn't see it, sign for it and weren't told about it. Kudos to management, I've now updated my review to 4 stars from 1 star. ****
5. We had a FANTASTIC stay at Estrimont. The rooms was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Fireplace is a bonus. The breakfast buffet was great - I would highly recommend adding it as an add-on to your stay. They make delicious coffees too. The staff was amazing, everyone seemed happy. The access to to the Nordic baths was awesome, and I can’t say enough of being able to bring our dogs with us, including the baths and lounge. We will 100% be back. Thank you for an phenomenal stay!
6. I have been here with my husband many times. rooms are nice, clean. fireplace, microwave, little fridge is awesome when you just feel like hanging out and relaxing. Spas are really nice and relaxing. Brunch lots of choices very good. Tomahawk Grill great food. Massage professional and good. When you want to get away and nice place to walk, bring you dog. Relax, having many commodities. Alone are not it's a great place to enjoy!
7. Hôtel qui invite les gens à y séjourner avec leurs animaux de compagnie. Vos amours reçoivent des petits cadeaux et sont bienvenus partout dans l'établissement, incluant le bar et le bistro. Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois et c'était en suite avec foyer. Certaines suites ont des foyers à buches, d'autres ont des foyers au gaz. Les suites sont équipées de frigo, évier avec machine Nespresso et petit four grille-pain. Ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle de base sont fournis. Les suites ont une porte patio s'ouvrant sur l'extérieur alors vous pouvez sortir votre chien pour qu'il puisse aller faire ses "petites affaires"... L'emplacement offres des chambres avec vue sur le mont Orford, qui est belle, sauf que près d'une route passante alors si vous sortez prendre un verre sur le balcon ça peut être un peu bruyant, mais de l'intérieur les chambres sont bien insonorisées alors ça ne dérange pas le sommeil. Les lits sont un peu durs à mon goût. La litterie est très propre, Nous n'avons pas eu froid mais j'aime bien voir un lit qui est douillet avec une couette bien gonfflée mais les deux fois où nous sommes allés j'ai trouvé les couvertures minces.
8. Unfortunately didn't get room that we expected and paid for ... No kitchen (just a converted front door open closet to accomodate microwave, coffee machine and toaster oven which left nowhere to hang coats!). Beautiful hotel with very nice saunas and Nordic baths (although the yurt was out of heat for a whole afternoon -- despite informing the front desk early on). During our stay, we found some staff very nice while others could have been more helpful and friendlier (in each area reception, restaurant and cleaning staff). The room was not very clean (dust bunnies, dirty dishes in drawer -- was told that service only included changing towels, strengthening bed and adding coffee pods). Spa area was very professional and great service. This hotel is a draw for dog lovers but I don't think that they should be allowed at the Nordic baths area where many patrons walk barefeet. Price for stay was reasonable and the restaurant food was excellent.
9. We enjoyed the thermal bath facilities, and appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodated our dog during our stay. We appreciated the space we had in our mezzanine suite but found it cold on the first floor while super hot on the mezzanine. The location of the room was excellent - we had a corner unit on the ground floor that allowed us to take our dog out easily. We appreciated that there were trash bins with bags everywhere. There were also multiple parking lots so you could park close to your room. One thing that could use significant improvement is the fitness room. Warmer lighting, windows to the hall, updated equipment, and better ventilation could give this space a much needed upgrade. While I understand that many go for the spa services, having a more appealing fitness room would entice people to exercise and align with the wellness that the hotel promotes.
