1. Quand même super dans l'ensemble puisque nous avons un chien. Aucun frais supplémentaire et droit au chien partout, sauf restaurant...et la encore, sinon, ils ont des endroits au bar pour vous et votre chien. Chansonnier au bar tout les soirs. Beau et chaleureux mais je suis d'accord avec d'autres commentaires qui disent que la piscine et les spas pourrait avoir un léger rafraîchissement. Le plus gros bémol selon moi, sont les prix pour trucs a manger/boire...27$ plus tip pour 2 Bloody Cesar est assez intense...3.⁵⁰$ pour un Pepsi en cannette...come on. Bref, cool car droit au chien sinon sans plus.
2. Unfortunately didn't get room that we expected and paid for ... No kitchen (just a converted front door open closet to accomodate microwave, coffee machine and toaster oven which left nowhere to hang coats!). Beautiful hotel with very nice saunas and Nordic baths (although the yurt was out of heat for a whole afternoon -- despite informing the front desk early on). During our stay, we found some staff very nice while others could have been more helpful and friendlier (in each area reception, restaurant and cleaning staff). The room was not very clean (dust bunnies, dirty dishes in drawer -- was told that service only included changing towels, strengthening bed and adding coffee pods). Spa area was very professional and great service. This hotel is a draw for dog lovers but I don't think that they should be allowed at the Nordic baths area where many patrons walk barefeet. Price for stay was reasonable and the restaurant food was excellent.
3. Absolutely loved this place. Location was great, rooms were modern and clean. Loved the fireplace in the room with the view of the mountain. Spa was nice as well as the restaurant where the staff warm and friendly. Special shoutout to the receptionist ladies who were so welcoming, will be back soon!!!
4. We enjoyed the thermal bath facilities, and appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodated our dog during our stay. We appreciated the space we had in our mezzanine suite but found it cold on the first floor while super hot on the mezzanine. The location of the room was excellent - we had a corner unit on the ground floor that allowed us to take our dog out easily. We appreciated that there were trash bins with bags everywhere. There were also multiple parking lots so you could park close to your room. One thing that could use significant improvement is the fitness room. Warmer lighting, windows to the hall, updated equipment, and better ventilation could give this space a much needed upgrade. While I understand that many go for the spa services, having a more appealing fitness room would entice people to exercise and align with the wellness that the hotel promotes.
5. Belle chambre. Gym dans lequel il manque de poids et d'appareils. Soyez avertis qu'il faut prendre rendez-vous d'avance pour les massages. Nous avons tenté de prendre rendez-vous dès notre arrivée pour notre séjour de deux nuits et c'était impossible. Le personnel est très serviable, mais nous avons visité lors d'une période achalandée et je crois que l'hôtel aurait dû engager plus de personnel.
6. Nous avons été chaleureusement bien accueilli et notre petit chien aussi (jouet, gâteries petit foulard pour notre petit chien). Les installations permettent aussi un beau séjour autant pour nous que pour notre chien (parc à chien, il peut nous accompagner à l’intérieur des installations en laisse). Nous avons eu une grande chambre, foyer, lit avec un dispositif de neurospa qu’on peut utiliser comme on désire. Le restaurant tomahawk grill offre un menu très satisfaisant. Le spa la piscine intérieur la possibilité de se booker un soin ou un massage, permet un séjour ressourçant. C’était notre deuxième fois et nous demeurons satisfaits de cet endroit.
7. Quel endroit chaleureux, accueillant et magnifique! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées, avec un foyer au bois....que demandé de plus. Un menu très varié au restaurant Tomahawk et tout ce que nous avons dégusté était tout simplement exquis, sans parler du buffet déjeuner et le brunch du dimanche qui étaient tout aussi variés et savoureux. Le personnel est courtois, souriant, très aimable. En aucune occasion, nous avons ressenti le sentiment de les déranger. Et que dire de l'accueil des chiens! WOW! Ils sont traités aux petits oignons. Les chambres sont au rez-de chaussée afin de nous permettre de sortir plus facilement à l'extérieur. Il y a des poubelles et des sacs à poupou partout sur le terrain. Ils sont acceptés partout sur le site, sans restriction quant à la grosseur du chien. Ils ont même droit à un freesbee et de petites gâteries de Lankë qui les atttendent à la chambre. Séjour mémorable autant pour moi que ma petite cocotte à quatre pattes!
8. Loved the location. The lobby and restaurant look renovated. The spa is great, however, they should provide spa towels at the spa, not in your room that you have to travel with. If it gets wet, you can’t change it. The rest of the hotel needs a renovation, change the carpet and make it more modern. Our patio door could not lock, broken, so they installed a cheap bar to block the door from opening. For the price per night, I was expecting more. Will not go back.
