Data Deletion Policy

At Elegant Wedding (MariageElegant.com), we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you have used Facebook Login or connected your Instagram Business account to our platform and would like to request deletion of your data, you may do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion, please send an email to:

media@elegantwedding.ca

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• Your Instagram username (if connected)
• A brief message requesting deletion of your data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information (if requested)
• Instagram Business account connection data
• Access tokens
• Stored media references
• Any related profile data

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
You will receive confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Alternative Method

You may also remove our app access directly from:

Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations
or
Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites

Disconnecting the app will remove our access to your data.
