1. From the very first appointment, I knew I was in the right place. They truly helped me find the perfect dress. Marianna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient, attentive, and so supportive as I tried on many gowns and came back at least 3 times. I never felt rushed, she genuinely cared about finding the one. There aren’t many wedding dress boutiques in Montreal, and this is truly the only one where I found the selection absolutely stunning. The boutique is spotless, beautifully maintained, and every gown is kept in impeccable condition. I ultimately found my dress, a Monique Lhuillier Bliss gown, at their Toronto location (I believe the lovely Stephanie showed it to me) it was love at first sight. The team coordinated everything seamlessly and shipped the dress to Montreal for another trial, which made the entire experience feel smooth. The alteration process was impeccable. Andrea, the owner and the seamstress, are exceptionally talented. You can immediately tell they know exactly what they’re doing and have a high-fashion standard.They made thoughtful recommendations, understood my vision perfectly, and executed every alterations with precision and care. The quality of the service, and overall experience are absolutely worth every penny. I received so many compliments, and several people told me it was the most stunning dress they had ever seen. When I picked up my dress, it was beautifully packaged. I had to transport it all the way to Mexico for my wedding, and when I opened it, I was so impressed. Everything was secured with such care, and the dress was in perfect condition. I am beyond grateful for the professionalism, expertise, and warmth of the entire team. They made such an important part of my wedding journey feel effortless, magical, and truly unforgettable.
2. J’ai rencontré Polina pour l’essayage de mes robes de mariée. Super expérience, service et sélection de grande qualité. Je me suis vraiment sentie bien et en confiance. Polina a su me conseiller avec justesse et surtout me donner les informations dont j’avais besoin. Elle possède une excellente connaissance de toutes les marques et son service a été impeccable du début à la fin. Très belle expérience merci pour tout. xxx
3. Super accueil, endroit magnifique. Nous accusions un peu de retard et au contraire, super compréhensive. Malgré le fait que je n'aille pas trouvé ''MA'' robe, l'expérience fût fantastique de A à Z. Elle était honnête sur la qualité de certaines robes que j'avais dans l'oeil. Et au final, elle m'a même aidé en regardant certaines de mes photos prises ailleurs. Une attitude que j'adore. Elle ne sentait pas une menace mais souhaitait au moins m'aider à trouver la coupe parfaite pour moi. Et que dire de l'endroit charmant mettant en valeur les bâtisses du Vieux Montréal!
4. I worked with Ileana at White Montreal, and she was incredibly attentive and precise, especially when it came to measurements. I also worked closely with Andrea, who kept in touch with me regarding the dress I loved and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Andrea offered an excellent price for such a luxury dress --especially for a Canadian business and even went above and beyond by offering to steam and ship the gown directly to my venue since I’m out of town. I ultimately didn’t purchase from White Montreal because it didn’t make logistical sense given that I live out of town and wouldn’t be able to do alterations there. That said, if I lived in Canada and could complete alterations with them, I would absolutely choose them. Even after deciding not to move forward, the team showed nothing but respect and professionalism throughout.
5. AMAZING experience from the beginning to the end ! Ileana was truly awesome and patient considering I was very indecisive! I never felt pressured to buy immediately unlike many other stores and they have the best selection in Montreal. Highly recommend ! Thank you to the entire team at White xx
6. If you have a wedding look you've been dreaming of, White Montréal will execute it and surpass your expectations. If you have no idea what look you're going for, White Montréal will be with you every step of the way to figure out and deliver your dream look. Their selection is so well curated and if in the rare occasion you don't find what you're looking for, they can very seamlessly order it in for you. My main stylist , Mariana, was just so lovely to work with and has such a beautiful understanding of the bridal industry in general which is SO appreciated! Even Polina I have amazing things to say, even though she wasn't my main bridal stylist, she also helped carry out such a flawless experience. I can keep going but I will end my review with this main take-away: White Montréal are seriously the real-life fairy godmothers/dreamy singing bird helpers in your fairytale.
