1. What a great hotel!! Wow, only good things to say about this place. I booked this hotel because I had a surgery near by. The owner himself contacted me directly to answer some questions I had. He offered me a better, more convenient room that gave me more comfort during my stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I had a craving of fruits when I arrived, they offered me fresh fruits and a bottle of water upon my arrival. I am very thankful for the service I received and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the breakfast was one of the best I ever had for continental breakfast, the room was beautiful and very handy including a kitchen and a living room area, the bed was so comfortable and very clean. Thank you so much for my stay. I will definitely come back when I will recover from my surgery to be able to enjoy more the hotel.
2. La chambre était luxueuse, superbement décoration. Lit King ultra confortable. Insonorisation parfaite. Seul bémol, l'emplacement. Si on manque la petite rue d'accès, le détour est long. Mais l'hôtel est magnifique.
3. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce très bel hôtel, chic et de bon goût. La décoration de Noel superbe. Très belle variété pour le déjeuner. Les chambres sont spacieuces et la propreté impeccable. Tout le personnel rencontré accueillant et efficace. Nous retournerons avec plaisir.
4. Cet hôtel est incroyable ! Les chambres sont grandes, bien insonorisées et d’un confort exceptionnel. L’endroit est chic, reposant et décoré avec beaucoup de goût; franchement, le meilleur choix de la région. Le buffet déjeuner est luxueux : une variété impressionnante de petits pots de crème, de fruits frais à volonté et de plats raffinés. Tout est bien présenté et délicieux ! Même avec beaucoup de monde, le service est très bien organisé ; il ne manque jamais de rien. J’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation !
5. A truly wonderful stay at Hôtel St-Martin Laval! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere felt elegant yet relaxed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the sense of calm throughout the hotel, it felt like a little oasis in the middle of Laval. I highly recommend Hôtel St-Martin for anyone looking for comfort, class, and genuine hospitality.
6. Had a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had great variety. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend!
7. Clean room of a decent size and nice amenities. Breakfast has a far greater selection than your standard Hampton/Fairfield and like hotels. The location is ok as well, several eateries in the near vicinity. The staff could be a lot friendlier though. The man checking us in (and out) couldn't be bothered to produce even one smile. He almost seemed offended that we don't speak French...
8. Un excellent hôtel et un excellent rapport qualité prix . La chambre est spacieuse et impeccable, le lit est remarquablement confortable, bonne literie. Excellent buffet déjeuner (espace un peu coincé, cependant, pour se servir vers 8h15, car il y avait beaucoup de monde ), mais une jolie terrasse fleurie est aussi disponible pour manger (un beau plus). Tout est très propre et même élégant. Facile à repérer en arrivant de la 15. Nous avions une chambre de base à un lit King, au 4e étage. Très recommandé: selon moi, vous ne trouverez pas mieux.
