1. Tout est parfait, personnel dévoué et très professionnel! Lits très confortables, chambre propres et bien équipées!
2. Gorgeous room with bathrobes, slippers, complimentary bottled water, coffee & tea. Quiet, spacious rooms. Self/valet parking at attached underground garage with direct access to hotel. Bar George is stunning. Great central location just steps from shop lined Sainte-Catherine street. Great restaurants & coffee shops close by. All. Hotel staff were polite, professional & accommodating.
3. My experience has been great. The front staff are friendly and warm. This hotel has a concerige service and they are extremely helpful. Everything is clean and polished. I booked with them for the location and convenience, however I didn't expect to like it so much. If you are staying in Montreal I would highly recommend this hotel.
4. Enjoyed my one night stay here. Building is historic. Bar George, a Michelin star restaurant, is on the main floor. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. We came here early around 1pm and was able to get early check in. Furthermore, I was pumping and was able to get a mini fridge for my room and store breast milk in the front desk freezer. Loved these features: - Couch - Heated bathroom floor and toilet seat - Rainfall shower and bath tub - Complimentary chocolates and water - Slippers and bathrobe
5. I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and it stood out as one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The bellman immediately came downstairs to greet us, helped us with our luggage, and carried everything up the stairs to the check-in desk. That first impression already felt welcoming. At check-in, the staff noticed we had a toddler with us and kindly offered a deer stuffed toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel cared for right away. The communication was smooth and attentive throughout, and the staff made sure to take care of us and our luggage all the way to the room. The check-in process was seamless and professional. Our room itself was spotless, very clean, and clearly well maintained. The hotel overall felt organized, polished, and genuinely focused on hospitality. The location was another big plus—it’s right next to the shopping street, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city. The building is well maintained, and the lobby is clean and inviting. We also had brunch at the hotel’s restaurant, Bar George, which was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious, and although I wish we had time to try their bar and cocktails, the brunch experience was enough to show how great it is. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, the facilities were well cared for, and everything felt organized and easy. If I return to Montreal, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
6. Super expérience. J’ai eu la chance de parler avec 2 directeurs de l’hôtel et super sympathique. Tout le monde est vraiment accueillant et le service à la clientèle est très bien
7. Les employés sont aux soins avec chaque personne. Ils se montrent disponible même dans des périodes de rush. L’hôtel est propre et parfaitement situé. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable !
8. Nous sommes restés deux nuits à l'hôtel, car nous avions organisé notre petit mariage au Bar George. Le personnel à l'accueil était très accueillant, chaleureux et respectueux. Nous avons apprécié la carte de souhaits à notre attention laissée dans notre chambre. La chambre était propre et confortable. Excellent séjour!
